Payment and Bonuses

Cards and Cashback

UMICO loyalty card	when you pay, 1 % of the purchase amount is returned to the card as bonuses. You can use bonuses to pay for part or all of a purchase.
Bravo pensioner card	a 10 % discount on groceries when you show the card at the checkout. Can't be combined with the UMICO card.
Bravo gift cards	five denominations: 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 AZN. The 10–100 AZN cards are for a single purchase; the 200 AZN card works until the balance is used up.

Returns and Discounts

14-day returnsProducts bought in the store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused, in their original condition and with the receipt. Returns are made at the store of purchase.

Pensioner cardA 10 % discount when you show the card at the checkout.

Is there delivery?

Yes — the Bravo Online store, a mobile app and delivery via the Wolt service.

How do I pay and earn points at Bravo?

Cash, bank cards (PayPass/PayWave), NFC payments, gift cards. The UMICO card gives 1 % back in bonuses; the Bravo pensioner card gives a 10 % discount.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days if the item is unused and you have the receipt. Returns are made at the store where you bought it.
